ARG-1S

This is AARG's first analog mission at the Space Analog for Moon and Mars (SAM) located on the grounds of Biosphere 2 in Oracle, AZ.

Mission Overview

In February 2025 two crews will travel to the SAM habitat in Arizona for a unique 10-day mission. The Blue Team will spend the first 5 mission days in the habitat conducting research, while the Red Team serves as Mission Control. The crews will then swap and the Red Team will live in the habitat conducting research for 5 days while the Blue Team serves as Mission Control.
